Work hours: 9:00am -5:30pm (core time 10:00am-3:00pm)

Travel Required: Regular Travel Required

Salary Range: $70,000~$85,000/year+bonus

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generation of quotations to customers and suppliers

• Inventory management and forecast analysis. (Reviewing stock levels and customer forecast fluctuation)

• Review and approval of quotations, stock orders and sales related documents.

• Handling of delivery and quality issues.

• Handling of launch activities, (RFQ, Spec in development, PPAP/PDS, Tooling stock build plan, etc.) and

mass production follow up for projects.

• Management of Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables and slow-moving stocks.

• Monitoring sales/profits/freight expenses and creation of sales budget

• Daily management of Sales team activities and performance.

• Development and expansion of new business with current and new customers.

• Regular customer and supplier visitation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

BA or BS in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain/Engineering or Related Field

3~5 years’ experience in Sales or related industry.

Speaks Japanese at an idiomatic level and English at a business level

PREFERRED SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
