Sales Engineer
Location: Smyrna, GA
Salary: $55k-$75k

Position Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for sales development, account management, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment in alignment with defined sales goals. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to drive revenue growth, support product strategy, and expand the customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage sales forecasting activities and contribute to performance goal setting.
- Analyze market conditions to assess customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
- Advise dealers, distributors, and customers on sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to support policy decisions and assist channel partners in promoting sales.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry association meetings.
- Deliver technical and commercial sales presentations to customers and prospects.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, including negotiation and order booking.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinators, manufacturing facilities, headquarters, and other internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports covering volume, opportunities, and potential market expansion.
- Provide customer and market feedback to support product research and development.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Engineering degree or engineering-related background strongly preferred
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Computer Skills

- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with order processing and project management systems
- Ability to learn proprietary systems
Schedule & Travel
- Work Schedule:
- Core Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- In-office daily for at least the first 90 days
- Travel:
- After approximately three months of training, average travel is one week per month
- $60 per day per diem while traveling
