Position Overview
We Sell Cellular (WSC) is a leading U.S.-based distributor of high-quality used smartphones. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our expanding Sales team.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Sales, Finance, and Logistics by managing order-related tasks, supporting customer needs, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Sales Assistant will help streamline internal processes, improve cross-department communication, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Prospect Support
- Respond to prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with accounting needs such as invoices, credits, and payment questions
- Address RMA and credit-related issues and support resolution efforts
Order Review & Processing Support
- Review purchase orders for accuracy prior to processing
- Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve order discrepancies
- Review older pending orders and generate reports to help Sales prioritize outreach and payment follow-up
Documentation & Compliance
- Collect and track Proof of Export (POE) documents from customers
- Maintain organized, accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes
Cross-Department Communication
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve order or payment discrepancies
- Collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth internal operations
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and customer-facing processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Accounting Support, or related roles
- Familiarity with order processing, RMA workflows, and documentation management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and interest in process improvement
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
