Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting global real estate investment strategy through market analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio planning. The role works closely with internal teams and senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize long-term portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
Investment Strategy & Market Analysis
- Support global real estate investment strategies aligned with corporate growth and return objectives
- Analyze macroeconomic, demographic, and real estate market trends
- Conduct feasibility studies for development, acquisition, and joint venture opportunities
Financial Modeling & Valuation
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis)
- Evaluate deal structures, financing options, and exit strategies
- Provide data-driven investment recommendations
Deal Support & Portfolio Management
- Support due diligence and transaction execution with internal teams
- Assist with investment committee materials and presentations
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities
Stakeholder Communication
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Coordinate with regional teams and external advisors
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Investment performance vs. target benchmarks
- Accuracy of financial analysis and forecasts
- Portfolio diversification and risk-adjusted returns
- Timeliness and quality of investment recommendations
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
- 7–12+ years of experience in real estate investment, strategy, or development
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience evaluating large-scale, multi-market real estate investments
Preferred
- MBA or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
- Experience with global developers, institutional investors, or real estate private equity
- Exposure to multiple asset classes
- CFA, CAIA, or similar certification
