Role: Quality Control Specialist
Location: Norcross, GA (Onsite)
Salary: $45,000–$60,000
Work Type: Full-time, Onsite
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (some overtime required)

Position Overview
This role supports new project launches within the fastener industry, guiding products from prototype through mass production. The Quality Control Specialist works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep specifications, quality requirements, and schedules aligned for smooth execution. Japanese bilingual candidates—or those with experience working with Japanese companies—are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Launch Management
- Support projects from technical review through mass production
- Coordinate specifications, pricing, and schedules with customers and suppliers
- Track readiness and help ensure launches stay on time
Customer & Supplier Coordination
- Respond to technical and quality-related questions from customers
- Support changes to timelines, specifications, and pricing discussions
- Help run progress meetings and share updates clearly
Prototype to Mass Production Support
- Coordinate across departments to keep work moving smoothly
- Maintain schedules based on deadlines and product requirements
Warehouse & Packaging Coordination
- Confirm packaging and labeling requirements; suggest improvements when needed
- Partner with the warehouse to meet shipping deadlines
Sales Team Support
- Assist with project estimates, quotations, and document submissions
- Help reduce administrative lift so the team can focus on production launches
Internal & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with quality, warehouse, and overseas teams in Japan and Vietnam
- Share progress updates and ensure everyone stays aligned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant experience required (2 years preferred) in quality, project coordination, manufacturing operations, or a related role
- Project management experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of warehouse and packaging processes preferred
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Japanese and English bilingual ability preferred
- Experience working with Japanese companies is a plus
