About the Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, CRM, and content marketing, managing the full PDCA cycle.
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market analysis to generate actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and KPI performance, and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support managers with project coordination, reporting, and team training.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize marketing operations.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Proven success in campaign execution and data-driven marketing.
- Strong analytical ability to handle large datasets (100,000+ records) and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset.
- Bilingual English/Japanese (written and verbal) required.
- Knowledge of financial or payment industries preferred.
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
