9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Monday to Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate: $30–35/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Annual salary review and biannual bonus (based on performance and firm results)

Responsibilities:
[Legal Secretary / Office Support]
Manage attorneys’ schedules and calendars
Prepare invoices and billing reports (Japanese and/or English)
Handle case administration, billing, and payment tracking
Create, edit, proofread, and manage documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Arrange business travel, meetings, and client visits
Handle phone calls, visitors, mail, and deliveries
Coordinate with overseas offices (including Tokyo)
Basic accounting tasks (expense reports, payment tracking)

Support accounting and budget tracking
Prepare monthly reports for external accounting firms
Assist with payroll, HR administration, and benefits coordination
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Manage office supplies and general office operations
Qualifications:
Fluent in Japanese and English (business level or above)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable
Team player with a proactive and flexible mindset
Able to work independently and take initiative
