Title: Landscape Construction Superintendent

Location: Inland Empire

Work Hour: 6am-3pm

Salary: $60K-90K(DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Superintendent to join a well-established construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
  • Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform pre- and post-construction inspections, assess project feasibility, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure all projects are completed according to plans, within budget, and on schedule
  • Collaborate closely with landscape architects, developers, and clients throughout each project
  • Manage equipment usage, maintenance, and storage efficiently
  • Work with Foremen to ensure crews perform safely, productively, and in compliance with regulations
  • Plan daily work schedules, assign teams, provide training, and supervise on-site staff
  • Assist in hiring, coaching, and evaluating field personnel as needed
  • Ensure crews have proper safety conditions, hydration, and rest periods according to labor laws

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a C-27 Landscaping Contractor License
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing crews and projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, landscape plans, and specifications
  • Strong project planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills preferred
