Salary: $50K-$65K/ year + Commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Equipment Sales Representative to lead sales activities and expand market presence for the company’s core product line.
This position focuses on developing partnerships with trading companies in the kitchen equipment and food-related industries, as well as providing proposals to clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
The role offers excellent growth opportunities in a specialized market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell kitchen equipment products while executing sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with trading companies, distributors, and clients in the food and hospitality sectors
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to delivery
- Participate in exhibitions and trade shows, and support related marketing activities
- Travel nationwide approximately once per month for business purposes
- Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights with management
Qualifications
Required
- Sales experience in kitchen equipment, or strong motivation to enter the industry with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- English proficiency (Japanese language skills are a plus but not required)
Preferred
- Prior sales experience in kitchen equipment
- Experience in the food distribution or restaurant-related industries
- Work experience at trading companies or distributors handling kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with Japanese, Asian, or Chinese business environments
