- Customer Engagement: Spend about 40% of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and showcasing solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Prospecting & Proposal Development: Dedicate 35% of your time to prospecting new clients and 25% to crafting compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Ownership & Independence: Manage your own sales pipeline, set priorities, and drive results in a remote-first, high-performance environment.

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or SaaS.
- Strong grasp of complex, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinker who can connect customer needs with impactful solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings — around 40% of the time.

- On-Target Earnings: $125,000–$150,000+, based on experience and performance.
