Position Overview

This role serves as a key point of coordination for household goods moving operations. You’ll lead daily activities, support customers, and work closely with drivers and moving staff, while also providing Japanese–English language support. It’s a hands-on position that blends coordination, customer service, and team leadership in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily household goods moving operations
  • Supervise and guide drivers and moving staff on assigned jobs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Provide Japanese–English translation and interpretation as needed
  • Support general business operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate shipment documentation
  • Safely operate company vehicles (non-CDL truck, van, or passenger car)
  • Communicate clearly with multilingual team members

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English (required)

Work Environment
