Job Title: Japanese bilingual Financial Analyst

MUST be Japanese bilingual

Location: Dallas Area*100% office

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $60,000– annually (flexible based on experience).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Weekly: Provide updates on sales performance.
  • Monthly: Analyze actual vs. budgeted results, track revenue to ordinary profit, and review asset holdings.
  • Quarterly: Prepare accounting reports and supporting materials for shareholders and public announcements.
  • Annual: Review subsidiary budgets, format data for headquarters submissions, and produce explanatory documents.
  • Ad Hoc: Respond to special data/report requests from headquarters or stakeholders.

Corporate & Project Support

  • Prepare Japanese-language documents for headquarters approval (e.g., land acquisitions), integrating macro/micro-level business analyses.
  • Accompany visiting executives to housing development project sites and other business locations (may require airport pickups or interstate travel).
  • Act as a liaison and support representative for the U.S. subsidiary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting with experience analyzing financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, business correspondence).
  • High-level proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in meetings, interpret contracts, and compose business communications.
  • Interest in the housing and construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Professional experience in a Japanese business environment is a plus.
