We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and partnerships. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive growth strategies that expand our national footprint and strengthen our position in the U.S. market.

Lead Strategy & Growth: Design and execute revenue strategies aligned with global objectives.
Drive Sales Excellence: Oversee national sales operations, build scalable processes, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Build the Brand: Strengthen brand equity and product awareness with innovative, consumer-focused campaigns.
Forge Partnerships: Develop high-impact alliances with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners.
Champion Customer Success: Ensure top-tier customer experiences to drive retention and satisfaction.
Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the U.S. food industry.
Proven success scaling national brands and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Deep knowledge of U.S. retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels; strong industry relationships a plus.
Experience in global or international organizations; familiarity with Japan or Asia-based HQs a plus.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
