Japanese manufacturing company US sale and supply chain office in IL seeks Japanese Bilingual CFO.

Title: CFO/Director of Finance

On-sate: IL

$150-170K +housing allowance +visa support +relocation

Responsibilities:

•           Supervise the company’s Finances, Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration.

•           Perform broad Accounting, Financial, Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration tasks, including developing strategies, supervising team members, and analyzing various statements and reports, in addition to financial statements.

•           Oversee departments involved in the purchase, pricing, investments, debt management, and accounts payable and receivable.

•           Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting, human resources, general affairs, and administration teams.

•           Provide financial reports and recommendations to the CEO, headquarters, and members of the executive team.

•           Establish financial predictions and budgets.

•           Oversee and support the preparation of financial reports and finalize them to report to stakeholders.

•           Assist the executive team in long-term financial and business planning.

•           Track cash flow and manage funds effectively.

•           Review and finalize the payroll process and approve it for payment.

Requirements:

•           Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.

•           Must be fluent in Japanese and English.

•           At least 5 years of experience in supervising the finance or accounting department.

•           Finance or accounting job experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

•           Experience in supervising human resources, general affairs, and administration is preferred.

•           A US CPA holder is preferred.

•           Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

•           Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organizational skills.

•           Strong problem-solving skills.

•           Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to follow-through on assignments and to meet deadlines.

•           Must be a team player with the ability to establish collaborative, cross-departmental relationships with a high degree of reliability.
