Position: Food & Beverage Planning

Location: Brea CA

■ Overview

Our client is seeking a Food & Beverage Planning Specialist to oversee operations, quality control, and staff support across multiple stores within the F&B division. This role is responsible for executing company directives, supporting store managers, ensuring operational consistency, and driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance. Frequent travel and some weekend works are required.

■ Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple stores with operational guidance, training, and daily follow-up
  • Execute action plans aligned with company policies, sales targets, and cost objectives
  • Review product and service quality; negotiate with current vendors and research new vendors
  • Conduct competitor research and sales analysis as needed
  • Manage and organize operational data, schedules, materials, and administrative tasks
  • Oversee store inventories, fixed assets, ordering, and delivery processes
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales, cost, and operational reports within deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Communicate strategies, goals, and performance updates to store managers and leadership
  • Travel for short- and long-term business trips (up to one month)

■ Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing multiple store locations or similar operational role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and lead by example
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to manage budgets
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

■ Work Environment

  • Work conducted in F&B areas, bowling/arcade settings, and office environments
  • Noise levels vary from moderate to loud
  • Local travel required, frequent visits to multiple stores
