Overview:

Our client is seeking a bilingual professional who thrives in research, coordination, and cross-cultural communication within a global business environment. The successful candidate will support client projects by connecting them with industry experts through effective outreach, communication, and scheduling. Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen new experts to build and maintain the internal database.
  • Conduct industry research and identify qualified experts based on client project needs.
  • Coordinate communications and meeting schedules between clients and experts.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Uphold integrity and confidentiality standards in all client engagements.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Develop communication and negotiation skills through daily client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any major).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Business level or higher).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in research, client coordination, and international business operations.
