We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator who is Japanese–English bilingual, with Japanese language skills required, to support Planning and Accounting functions. This role involves business coordination, reporting, and administrative support in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for Planning and Accounting teams
Track KPIs and assist with business planning and reporting
Support budget management and expense tracking
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Support communication in Japanese and English with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Japanese fluency required (verbal and written)
Business-level English proficiency
Minimum 3 years of corporate administrative, planning, or accounting support experience
Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, or project coordination
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
