Warehouse Staff – Japanese Bilingual

Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $20.00–$23.00/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Temporary, On-site; potential conversion to full-time permanent employment

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Japanese language ability required. This position requires professional Japanese communication with customers/internal stakeholders and English communication with warehouse staff.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Staff member will support daily warehouse operations and related administrative activities. The role combines office-based tasks with occasional hands-on warehouse work and requires Japanese and English communication to coordinate effectively with customers and warehouse personnel.

This position will initially be a temporary assignment, with the potential to transition to permanent full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email.
  • Coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, and customer requests as needed.
  • Enter and maintain information using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff and internal team members.
  • Perform hands-on warehouse support when necessary.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Professional Japanese proficiency for customer and internal communication.
  • English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel.
  • Customer communication experience by phone and email.
  • Basic Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a warehouse environment and perform hands-on duties as needed.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Preferred:

  • Previous warehouse experience.
