What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is coachable, proactive, responsive, and eager to learn. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable learning directly from an experienced Business Development professional and supporting customer and supplier activity in a fast-moving international business environment.

The successful candidate should be able to communicate clearly, keep multiple tasks moving, and respond quickly when customers or suppliers need information. Over time, the role is expected to develop into greater responsibility for account management, negotiation, and new business development.

Career Development

The position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the steel trading business, customer relationships, supplier coordination, pricing, quotations, and business development.

As knowledge and experience grow, the Junior Sales Representative will gradually take on more independent responsibility for customers, suppliers, and new business opportunities.

Relocation

Domestic relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Candidates currently outside of Texas who are prepared to relocate to the Houston area are welcome to apply.
