Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Japanese Bilingual)

Location: Long Beach, CA | 100% On-site

Pay: Approximately $26 – 31/hour (DOE)

Summary

A growing Japanese manufacturer of professional hand tools is seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its sales team and marketing activities.

This position focuses on sales support, marketing coordination, trade show preparation, and general office operations. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Support daily sales operations and customer service
• Maintain customer information and sales documents
• Assist with order processing and account administration
• Coordinate with internal departments and the sales team

Marketing & Trade Show Support

• Update brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Maintain product information on the website
• Prepare materials and product samples for trade shows
• Assist with market and competitor research

General Office Support

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Support office administration and special projects
• Travel several times a year to assist at trade shows (primarily Las Vegas)

Qualifications

Required

• Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Sales support, administrative, or marketing experience
