Position: Administrative & Sales Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Part-time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5 hours/day (Hybrid schedule with approximately 2–3 days per week in the Los Angeles office)

Wage: $23–$25/hour

A global entertainment and media company is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Administrative & Sales Coordinator to support its growing Los Angeles office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting office administration, accounting, and sales activities in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Support day-to-day office operations, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate vendors, office services, supplies, events, and other general administrative needs
  • Assist with improving office processes and the overall working environment

Accounting & General Affairs

  • Assist with AP/AR, invoices, expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing, contracts, and service renewals
  • Support basic contract administration and document management

Sales Support

  • Assist with client communications, proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Maintain client and sales-related databases
  • Provide basic Japanese/English translation
  • Conduct research on entertainment and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Japanese/English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently
  • Experience working across U.S. and international offices is preferred
  • Interest in entertainment, television/streaming, pop culture, and social media is a plus
