Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory control
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers
• Lead, train, and support warehouse team members
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Prepare inventory, shipping, and productivity reports
• Utilize WMS and/or ERP systems to manage warehouse operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with inventory management and shipping operations
• Proficiency with WMS and/or ERP systems

Preferred

• Forklift certification
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

This is an on-site position in a warehouse environment and may require standing, walking, lifting, and occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.
