A well-established Japanese company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join its Lifestyle Division in Torrance, CA.
The company handles a diverse portfolio of lifestyle products, including apparel, textiles, pet products, and other consumer goods. The team is actively expanding its e-commerce and international trading business, offering employees the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
• Coordinate import/export and international trade operations
• Manage order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination
• Track inventory levels and support warehouse operations
• Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics providers
• Prepare shipping and customs-related documentation
Inventory & Supply Chain
• Monitor inventory records and purchasing data
• Support procurement activities and product tracking
• Assist with sample inventory management
• Ensure timely product movement and delivery
Systems & Administrative Support
• Process transactions using SAP and internal systems
• Maintain product and inventory data
• Generate operational reports and support data management activities
• Assist with payment processing and invoice coordination
E-Commerce & Business Support
• Support B2B and B2C operations
• Assist with Shopify-based e-commerce activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with vendors
• Support trade shows, market research, and special projects
Qualifications
Required
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or operations coordination
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• SAP experience
• Knowledge of international trade documentation and customs procedures
• Experience working with warehouses and logistics providers
• Shopify experience
• Apparel, textile, or consumer products industry experience
