Support the marketing team with administrative and office-based tasks
Assist in the development of marketing materials for North America (e.g., product brochures, presentations, technical sheets, and promotional assets)
Support digital marketing planning and performance monitoring, including:
E-commerce platform updates and optimization
Social media (SNS) content planning, scheduling, and engagement tracking
Assist with event planning and execution (e.g., scientific conferences, exhibitions, webinars), including logistics coordination and material preparation
Conduct market and competitor research, including:
Pricing benchmarks
New product launches and positioning
Industry and customer trends in cell therapy/regenerative medicine
Prepare and update marketing reports and dashboards (campaign performance, digital metrics, event outcomes)
Maintain and organize digital files, marketing assets, and internal databases
Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM-related activities
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate with internal teams via email and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
Support alignment between marketing, sales, and technical teams (e.g., ensuring consistency of messaging and materials)
Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day marketing operations
Perform other clerical and desk-based duties as assigned
Requirements
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing (SNS, e-commerce, analytics)
Ability to conduct structured online research and summarize insights clearly
Comfortable working in an office environment and using computers for extended periods
Fluency in Japanese and English (business level required)
(Preferred) Interest or exposure to life sciences, biotech, or healthcare industry
