Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor Assistant Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 100% Onsite

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor / Assistant Manager to support and oversee our B2B wholesale fulfillment operations in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and logistics coordination, and team supervision. We are open to experienced Supervisor-level candidates as well as Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of B2B wholesale orders

• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers (LTL, FTL, and parcel services)

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits

• Monitor compliance with customer shipping, labeling, and packaging requirements

• Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage warehouse activities and inventory

• Assist in developing and improving warehouse procedures and operational processes

• Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff

• Promote workplace safety and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve service levels

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution experience

• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel preferred

• Experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and warehouse operations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
