Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Torrance, CA
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Temp term will be approximately 3 months.
Work Schedule: 9am -6pm
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and data entry
- Support shipping and ordering operations
- Handle import-related documentation and data management
- Organize office files and maintain records
- Provide general administrative support
- Potential customer service support depending on experience and adaptability
Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese required (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
