This role serves as a bridge engineer between the software development team in Japan and the manufacturing plant in North America. The position is responsible for software operations, issue resolution, and release management for mass-produced products. The role is NOT primarily focused on programming, but rather on coordination, management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
1. Bridge Engineering (Japan Development Team & North America Plant)
Collect and organize issues and production challenges from the plant
Coordinate with the software engineering team in Japan for analysis
Review and understand analysis results and corrective actions
Communicate findings and solutions back to the plant
Support implementation of corrective measures
2. Software Release & Management
Register software released by the Japan development team into the BOM management system
Coordinate release instructions and updates to the plant
3. Problem Solving & Coordination
Resolve issues in collaboration with plant and design teams
Act as a communication hub among stakeholders
Manage progress and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Japanese
Basic understanding of IT and software development processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing (especially mass production products)
Experience in software development or quality assurance
Experience with BOM management systems
Experience with process automation (e.g., scripting)
