Position: Accounts Receivable

Pay: Up to $60,000/year

A global Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for our Columbus, Ohio facility. We offer competitive benefits, industry-standard compensation, and opportunities for skill development and advancement based on performance, business needs, and available openings.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven individual with strong Excel and analytical skills, as well as experience in data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and reconcile daily sales transactions from CCore to Great Plains

• Handle automated and manual invoices

• Manage customer cash receipts and resolve deductions/offsets

• Reconcile AR subledger to general ledger monthly

• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past due accounts

• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements

• Maintain positive customer relationships

• Prepare month-end and payroll journal entries

• Process weekly 401(k) transactions

• Maintain bank and customer account information

• Support internal controls and financial audits

• Coordinate offsite record storage

• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable

• Participate in monthly accounting meetings

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills

• Accurate data entry

• Invoicing experience

• Account reconciliation experience

• Analytical skills

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• Great Plains experience

• CCore experience

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Attention to detail

• Ability to meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with month-end close process

Other Requirements

• Ability to work overtime on short notice

• Valid driver’s license required
