🚀 Quality Engineer | Drive Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence processes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation
Monitor and improve production processes to ensure consistent product quality
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues
Conduct internal audits and support customer and external audits
Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including PFMEA and Control Plans
Review and approve inspection plans and test procedures
Partner with suppliers on quality performance, including SCARs
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
3–7+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
Experience in semiconductor, robotics, or automation industries is a plus
Strong expertise in:
Root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
Statistical analysis / SPC
PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
Proficiency in Excel and quality tools/software
Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Experience in supplier quality and audit processes
Knowledge of electromechanical assemblies or robotics systems
