A Japanese airline company is seeking a Passenger Service Representative to join its team at JFK Airport.
Location: JFK Airport, New York
Key Responsibilities:
• Support passengers with check-in, boarding, ticket verification, baggage handling, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate pre/post-flight operations, including catering, lounge support, special requests, and lost baggage handling
• Prepare operational documents and reports
• Respond to flight delays and irregular operations
• Monitor service quality and support contracted staff members
Requirements:
• Business-level English required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word; PowerPoint preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to handle physically active work including standing, walking, and lifting baggage
Schedule:
• 5-day rotating shift schedule
• Operating hours between 6:30 AM – 2:00 AM
• Weekend/holiday shifts and overtime is required
Compensation & Benefits:
