Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Use data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and build actionable solutions
Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements
Design scalable workflows and maintain structured documentation
Proactively track project progress, flag risks, and communicate with stakeholders
Contribute to operational initiatives and cross-functional projects

Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, visualization)

Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for problem-solving

3+ years in application development or system engineering (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with Google Apps Script (GAS) for automation
SQL skills (BigQuery is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Background in business process mapping and documentation
