Overview

Our client, a Japanese e-learning company, is seeking a Learning Content Producer to join their team.

This role is responsible for developing high-quality digital learning content for the U.S. market, with a focus on creating engaging, tablet-based educational experiences for children (K–5). The position requires a strong understanding of local learning needs and the ability to design interactive content that motivates students to take initiative in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Content Development

• Analyze learning challenges for K–5 students in the U.S. education system
• Design curriculum and learning materials tailored to student needs
• Develop engaging digital learning experiences that enhance motivation and retention

Content Production & Direction

• Plan, create, and oversee educational content for tablet-based learning
• Leverage digital features to create interactive and enjoyable learning experiences

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with development teams in Japan for content production and delivery
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across international teams

Qualifications

• Teaching experience at a U.S. school (Grade K–12 required)
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • One language at native level, the other at business level or above
• Strong understanding of student learning behavior and motivation
