Position: Sales Assistant

Salary: $ 55K-65K -Non Exempt

Location: Chula Vista, CA

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible/negotiable)

Holidays:

Weekends and U.S. public holidays

Probation Period: 3 months

 

 

Summary:

A well-established manufacturing company with global operations is seeking a Sales Assistant to support coordination between clients in North and Central America and internal teams in Japan and overseas production sites.

This position also provides administrative support for a U.S. office.

Responsibilities:

As a Coordinator:

  • Support client visits across North and Central America (scheduling appointments, arranging flights, hotels, rental cars, and providing interpretation support; driving may be required depending on the situation)
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams regarding quotations, project evaluations, and production timelines (including translation and interpretation)
  • Arrange outsourcing, shipping, and schedule management for tooling modifications, and provide updates to clients
  • Assist with import and delivery processes to North and Central America (quotations, delivery timelines, and reporting)
  • Prepare necessary documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and related materials

As Sales Support for Overseas Production Site:

  • Assist in preparing quotations
  • Manage and organize quotations and invoices

As Office Support (U.S. Office):

  • Handle incoming phone calls from business partners
  • Maintain and manage office environment, including shared spaces

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
