Japanese-Speaking Office Administrator(Part Time)

Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario (onsite)

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday)

Employment Type: 3-month contract (with possibility of extension)

Compensation: $23–$24 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Our client in downtown Toronto is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, staying organized, and supporting a team. You will play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly while interacting with both internal staff and external visitors.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations with a professional and friendly approach
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling for team members
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks such as mail, deliveries, and office organization
  • Maintain kitchen and office supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
