Description:

Lead Complex Construction Projects Across the United States

An international construction and project management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical construction projects.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion, managing project teams, contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Travel: Regular travel throughout the United States required

• Semiconductor Facilities

• Advanced Manufacturing Facilities

• Research & Development Facilities

• Mission Critical Facilities

• Commercial Buildings

• Regular travel throughout the United States is required

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience

• Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, healthcare, or advanced technology projects

• Experience with project budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and change management

• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation

• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction processes, and project controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing facility experience

• Design-Build project experience

• Experience working with union contractors

• Experience managing large-scale capital projects

• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
