The Operations Coordinator will support property operations by coordinating maintenance and construction activities, monitoring on-site progress, and handling related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and construction work for managed properties
Monitor on-site project progress and ensure work is completed as planned
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Input and manage data related to construction and maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work onsite and visit property locations as needed
Japanese language skills are required to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
