Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Working Hours Monday through Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch breaks) (Overtime work may be necessary)

Job Description and Responsibilities

○ Repair of a CNC Lathe

○ On-site Commissioning, Installation, and Testing

○ Modifications

○ Inspection Services and Maintenance

○ Provide On-site Training

○ Technical Support by Telephone or Email

○ Electrical and Programming Analysis and Troubleshooting

○ Extensive travel throughout North America

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

○ Repair of industrial machinery and maintenance

○ Experience with electronics systems

○ Strong oral and written communication

○ Ability to travel 80% of the time out of state

○ Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, control documents, and electrical schematics

○ Detail-oriented and accurate mechanical ability

○ Able to perform physical activities such as lifting equipment, bending, standing, climbing, or walking

○ Customer service and support experience
