Company Overview

A growing distributor serving clients across the U.S. and Latin America seeks a detail-oriented Sales Representative to expand customer relationships and support order fulfillment and event activities.

Position Summary

Own a regional book of business across parts of the U.S. and Latin America. You’ll drive revenue through outreach and relationship management while coordinating shipping/warehouse tasks and representing the company at vendor shows and exhibitions. Role involves regular domestic travel and approximately one annual international trip.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of distributors and end users; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, in-person meetings) and present tailored product solutions to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
  • Coordinate order processing, shipping, and basic warehouse activities to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
  • Plan and attend vendor shows/exhibitions; support meeting logistics and follow-up with prospects.
  • Maintain thorough CRM/activity records and provide regular updates on pipeline and results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Business level English; conversational to business-level Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed and internationally ~1x/year.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or account management.
  • Background supporting trade shows/exhibitions.
  • Familiarity with basic shipping/warehouse workflows.
