Work Hours: 20h/week within the Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm business hours.

Language: Japanese and English

Pay: up to $24/hour (negotiable for candidates with accounting experience)

Hiring Style: Direct hire, Part-time (Full-time employment can also be considered for a strong candidate.)

Work Style: 100% office (no remote)

Essential Duties:

– Bookkeeping

– Prepare payments

– Process monthly financial reports

– Prepare annual tax returns

– Answer telephone and e-mails

– Prepare purchase orders to dealers and customers

– Prepare invoices

– Prepare outgoing shipments

– Maintain office suppliers

– Make reservations associated with business trips of staffs

– Support Japanese staffs and its family’s household issues when asked

-Arrangement of export and import of parts and management of their delivery

-Manage parts inventory in our warehouse.

-Insurance Claim

-Maintenance of company cars

-Translation of Japanese documents (internal work procedures and reports for external use) into English *Only if candidate is Japanese/English bilingual. Japanese language skill is not mandatory

Qualification:

  • Experience in Accounting is preferred
  • Office experience
