Temp to Hire position
Job Title: Office Management Administrator
Department: HR / Office Management
Employment Type: Non-Exempt (Temp to Hire – approximately 3 months)
Pay Rate: $27-29/hour
Work Location: Irvine, CA (on-site)
Work Hour: M-F 8:30-17:00
Reports To: HR & Office Management Supervisor
Job Summary:
- Support daily office operations and help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide administrative support to leadership and office management functions
- Coordinate office activities and assist with maintaining effective systems and processes
- Interact professionally with internal staff, leadership, and visiting colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate office building matters and communicate with property management and vendors regarding repairs and maintenance
- Provide administrative support to HR and Office Management leadership
- Assist with collecting and organizing information requested by headquarters
- Provide general administrative assistance to executives and visiting staff
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events and activities
- Support travel arrangements and event logistics as needed
- Assist with special projects and office initiatives
- Support coordination and assistance for visiting colleagues from other locations
- Serve as a point of contact for internal office-related requests and communications
- Assist with coordination of the company’s Risk & Safety program across office locations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual Japanese / English highly preferred but not required
Additional Information:
- Occasional local travel may be required to support office operations and supply management
