Salary: Up to $65,000 (DOE)

Workstyle: Onsite, Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales / Account Representative to support automotive-related customers through quotations, vendor coordination, and project management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.

You’ll act as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams—helping manage timelines, costs, and expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to meet customer specifications
• Support customer relationship management and account development
• Oversee project coordination from order receipt through delivery and installation
• Track project timelines, costs, and reporting updates to management
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience with quotations, vendor management, and customer account support
• Background in project coordination or order management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel up to 35%
