A well-established international food manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead general accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

This role oversees a small team and partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions to ensure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, accurate revenue recognition, and timely financial reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop accounting staff (2+ reports)
• Oversee general accounting, A/R, A/P, credit, and cash management
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Manage audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support budgeting, banking, and overseas subsidiaries

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior team management experience
• Strong US GAAP & financial reporting expertise
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Japanese/English bilingual strongly preferred
