Passenger Service Agent

A Japanese Airline company is looking for a Passenger Service Agent – Japanese Bilingual

Work hours:

・Morning shift: 6:15 – 14:45 (30 min break)

・Night shift: 18:00 – 2:45 (45 min break)

・5 days a week shift work (including Saturday and Sunday)

Position: Passenger Service Agent

Location: JFK International Airport, Jamaica, NY

Employment Type: Temp (long term)

START: ASAP

Pay: $21.25/hr (Training), $22.70/hr (after training)

Hours: Total 35-40 hours /week (It may change due to a flight schedule.)

Main Duty:

Assist passengers during pre-departure and post-arrival operations as well as handling services for passengers at check-in counter, lounge, and terminal at JFK International Airport, NY.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• OPT(Hospitality, Airline, Tourism-related Major ) welcome.
• Passionate about customer service and have relevant education or work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Business Level in both languages).
• Required to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
