If Patreon is for memberships and Substack is for newsletters, we are building the platform for the Economy of Expertise.

We are creating a next-generation global product where deep, Q&A-driven conversations generate real economic value—think “Quora meets Patreon” for creators and experts.

After achieving strong product-market fit and scale overseas with 16M+ monthly active users, we are rebuilding the product from the ground up to lead the U.S. creator economy.

This is a rare opportunity to join the founding U.S. product team and work directly with the Founder & CEO to shape a global platform from 0→1 (and beyond).

🎯 Mission

As a Product Manager, you will drive product growth across global markets, including the United States and Japan.

In the near term, your focus will be expanding the product as a social Q&A / question-box platform, leading initiatives around:

• Payments and monetization
• Point and incentive systems
• Trust, safety, and moderation

You will translate business goals and user needs into products that creators and users love.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Define product OKRs, Epics, and roadmaps aligned with business KPIs
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery
• Design customer journey maps, user stories, and wireframes for mobile and web
• Run fast PDCA / iteration cycles with engineering teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams (including teams in Japan)
• Build core product features side-by-side with the Founder & CEO

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong product management experience for consumer-facing mobile/web platforms
• Ability to connect business objectives, user needs, and product execution
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers in agile environments
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage environments

Preferred

• Experience with SNS, UGC, creator platforms, marketplaces, or fintech features
• Experience working with global or cross-border teams
• Startup or early-stage product experience

💰 Compensation & Equity

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $170,000 USD (depending on experience)
• Equity: Founding-level equity opportunity
