Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days onsite)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: $85–$95K (DOE)

Overview

A Japanese restaurant group is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support public relations, social media, brand partnerships, and marketing operations while assisting with new restaurant openings and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PR and social media across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including content planning, analytics, and influencer collaborations
• Support brand and media partnerships, press outreach, and promotional campaigns
• Execute marketing operations including market research, campaign coordination, budget tracking, and performance reporting
• Coordinate digital and print marketing materials for restaurants and promotions
• Support new restaurant launches with local marketing, events, and post-opening analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality industries
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of Japanese culture and sushi
