All responses are collected anonymously, and no individual can be identified. Only Pasona collects and analyzes the data, ensuring full anonymity. This allows for honest, in-depth feedback and accurate analysis.

Frequency depends on the organization’s situation and goals, but conducting surveys once or twice a year is generally recommended.
