Order Management Specialist / Inside Sales Representative

Location: Smyrna (Nashville Area), TN

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Annual Bonus

Work Style: Hybrid (Tue–Thu Onsite / Mon & Fri Remote)

Training: First 3 months fully onsite

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using ERP systems
• Coordinate shipments with customers, warehouses, and logistics providers
• Monitor inventory and open orders
• Prepare shipping documents and reports
• Support import/export and supply chain operations
• Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in Order Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, or Sales Support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred

• ERP or EDI experience
• Import/Export documentation experience
• Manufacturing, trading, or logistics industry background
