  • Establish quality processes that promote Right-First-Time execution throughout construction.

Ensure Technical Excellence

  • Oversee inspections and testing for high-purity process piping, UPW, specialty gas, chemical distribution systems, electrical installations, and instrumentation.
  • Verify installation quality for stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene piping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, SEMI standards, NEC, client specifications, and project requirements.

Drive Documentation & Compliance

  • Review and approve QA/QC documentation including:
    • P&IDs and isometric drawings
    • Electrical and instrumentation drawings
    • Weld maps
    • Loop check documentation
    • Test packages
    • Turnover and commissioning documentation
  • Coordinate NDE/NDT activities and manage system turnover documentation.

Manage Quality Performance

  • Lead investigations of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop QA/QC dashboards and monitor key quality metrics including:
    • Inspection completion
    • First-pass yield
    • Rework trends
    • NCR closure rates
    • Punch list reduction
    • Subcontractor performance

Collaborate Across Project Teams

  • Partner with engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure consistent quality execution.
  • Audit subcontractor QA/QC programs and monitor ongoing compliance.
  • Lead quality meetings, document action items, and present quality performance updates to project leadership.
  • Support pre-commissioning, system walkdowns, and project closeout activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • at least 3+ years of construction QA/QC experience, including significant piping systems experience
  • 3+ years supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or other high-tech manufacturing projects
  • Hands-on knowledge of stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene piping systems
  • Experience with high-purity process piping and cleanroom construction
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, inspections, turnover packages, and commissioning support
  • Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation, and control system installations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
  • Experience supporting large semiconductor fabrication (Fab) projects
