Cargo Service Representative

TITLE: Cargo Service Representative

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

Hourly Pay: $21.09～$35.43

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

Working Hours: 5:00am~13:00 five days per week, with two days off.

This position follows a rotating shift schedule. The specific days off will be determined based on the team’s shift schedule and internal coordination.

Working Style: Onsite

Summary:

Responsible for supervising entrustment staff in preparing cargo for aircraft loading while ensuring safety through dangerous goods inspections and weight confirmations at San Francisco Airport.

Key Duties:

● Supervises entrustment company staff to ensure quality assurance is up to specified

standards

● Coordinates build up of pallets and containers with entrustment company staff in

accordance with cargo regulations

● Oversees inspections by any related agencies such as Customs and Border Patrol

● Inputs final weights into company’s internal system to plan aircraft loading space allotment

● Provides customer service for inquiries regarding outbound/inbound shipments

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

● Communication & Writing○ Excellent business writing skills and proficiency in English

○ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others

● Technical Skills

○ Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Google Workspace

● Compliance/Licensing

○ Must be able to obtain airport badge with US Customs Clearance
