Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and follow up on incoming sales leads
• Handle inbound customer calls and route inquiries appropriately
• Provide phone support for parts inquiries and general customer assistance
• Schedule travel arrangements for sales staff
• Maintain and update sales reports and related documentation
• Coordinate trade show schedules, logistics, and preparation
• Assist with shipping coordination and related documentation
• Provide backup phone coverage and general office support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in international trade operations or at a trading company required
• Strong Japanese and English language proficiency
• Must be able to multitask as duties including filling in for parts or service support line help
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools
• Ability to track and maintain detailed records
